One Pot Lasagna Soup.

You will soon realize that I adore one pot recipes 🙂

I love lasagna. Oh, my I do with crunchy cheesy garlic bread.

I do NOT like to make lasagna. It takes a long time and I always have a messy kitchen afterwards. Too many pots and pans going on..

BUT I also love soup and anything with one pot in the recipe. This one pot lasagna soup hits the spot for me 🙂

I have really just rolled with it on this recipe. I just tried things out and it turned out great.

Instructions
  1. Brown ground beef with onions in a large pot. On medium heat will be fine. Then drain any excess fat and return beef and onions back to the pot.
  2. Add red pepper and garlic to beef mixture. Mix.
  3. Add pasta sauce, tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, spices, noodles, and chicken broth.
  4. Bring it to a boil then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook until noodles are done. Stir often. About 30min.
  5. Discard the bay leaf and stir in heavy cream and a few cups of chicken broth.
  6. Top with cheese and serve.
